Coffee Rub

I use to work at a restaurant that used coffee rub on their steaks.

This is the best I could come up with. It is excellent on steak!

1/2 cup coarse ground coffee (NO FLAVOR)
1/4 cup salt
1/4 cup pepper
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
